We are proud to unveil a new 500ml oval PET bottle and flip top cap developed for a new range of shower gels — a project that highlights our full-spectrum of capabilities in packaging design, development, and production.
This complete pack was designed in-house, with close collaboration across teams to ensure every detail met the brief. The bottle, manufactured in Europe, features a high-clarity gloss PET finish and a custom snap-on neck tailored precisely to the cap. The flip top cap, developed in India, offers a large thumb recess for comfortable opening and a satin outer finish that complements the sleek profile of the bottle.
Produced using high-cavitation tooling and our latest in-mould closing technology, the cap reflects our commitment to efficient, high-quality manufacturing at scale. This pack is the latest in a long line of successful custom projects, and a clear example of our ability to deliver cohesive, high-performance packaging solutions for leading international brands.
